What is a Tag Buster ? Tag Busters is a collaborative effort between the Merced Community Action Network, the City of Merced, The Merced Municipal Courts and volunteers from church groups, youth groups, school groups, individuals and businesses dedicated to removing the visual blight of graffiti from our city. The Tag Busters project depends upon your donations and charges for its services in order to promptly remove graffiti from public and private property. We are funded in part through a contract with the City of Merced for the clean-up of graffiti on Public property. A reasonable charge of $125.00 for one-time graffiti removal up to 32 Square feet or $450.00 annually for unlimited concealment or clean-up of graffiti from residential or commercial property for one year. This fee helps to offset the cost of the project, and assures you that the surface color of your property will be matched as closely as possible within 24 to 36 hours or less of its being reported to Tag Busters.
