Effective March 1, 2011 MCAN no longer provides Graffiti Abatement Services in the City of Merced.

Effective July 1, 2010 MCAN ended its contract with the City of Merced for the Neighborhood Watch Program in the City of Merced.

The Merced Community Action Network is undergoing a transition in both its mission and organizational structure.  MCAN is no longer accepting  tax - deductible donations.  Gifts, however, are always appreciated!

Due to the loss of funding from these contracts, the Merced Community Action Network no longer has phone, or email services nor a permanent physical location at this time.
